Terms of
Service.

By commissioning work from whixprs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not proceed with a commission.

These terms apply to all work, including but not limited to Luau scripting, game systems, UI development, and any other Roblox-related services provided by whixprs.

If you are to not pay for your commission within 2 weeks of it's completion, it could be sold to others, even if asked to not be sold.

All pricing is agreed upon before work begins. No work will start until payment terms have been clearly established between both parties.

• Payment is only accepted in Robux.
• Part of the payment must be made after your commission has been completed, and the rest after you have been given your commission..
• A deposit at the start of the commission may be taken for certain projects.
• Prices are non-negotiable once work has begun.

Minor revisions are included as part of the commission. A revision is considered minor if it does not significantly change the original scope of work agreed upon.

• Up to 2 rounds of minor revisions are included at no extra cost.
• Major changes or additions to the original scope will be priced separately.
• Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Upon full payment, the client receives the delivered work and may use it freely within their Roblox projects.

• whixprs retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio and use it for any use he may need unless explicitly requested otherwise.
• The client may not resell or redistribute the delivered scripts as their own product.

Either party may cancel a commission before work has begun with no penalty.

• If the client cancels after work has started, a penalty could take place.
• Refunds will not be issued for completed and delivered work.

Respectful communication is expected at all times.

• Commissions for work that violates Roblox's Terms of Service will not be accepted.
• Any attempt to scam, manipulate, or exploit will result in an immediate blacklist.

Delivery times can be discussed at any time during the commission, but there is no set delivery time, although whixprs will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

• Rush commissions may be available at an additional fee.
• The client is responsible for providing all necessary assets, information, and access needed to complete the work in a timely manner.

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your commission applies. It is your responsibility to review these terms before commissioning.
